Submission Guidelines

  • Before submitting a paper, authors should read over and make sure they follow the Publication Ethics, Author Guidelines, Submission Guidelines, and Processing Fee & Waiver Policies.
  • Authors must submit their manuscripts in the English language using the MS Word format.
  • In addition to the text, authors must include any necessary Keywords, Abbreviations, Acknowledgements, Funding & Conflict of Interest Statements, Figures, Tables (with title, description, and footnotes), References, Supplementary files, and so on.
  • The manuscript should be spell- and grammar-checked.
  • The submitting author/corresponding author must guarantee that all qualified co-authors have been listed in the author list and that they have all read and approved the paper in its submitted form.

Manuscript Format Guidelines

Meditio Publications accepts different types of articles with a word count limit. Word count is not a regulation, but rather a recommendation for what length of content is appropriate for submission and publication.

*There is no limit on the number of references, pages, or images (NA to Clinical Image) that can be used

Case Reports/Series 1200-2000 words (Includes Abstract)
Short Communication/Reports 1000-1300 words (Includes Abstract)
Special Issue Article 4000-5000 words (Includes Abstract)
Opinion/Commentary 1200-2000 (Abstract not required)
Editorials/Letter to Editor 1000-1500 words (Abstract not required)
Clinical Images/Videos Minimum of 200 words with a maximum of two images (Abstract not required)

All manuscripts submitted to Meditio Publications should be in the following format. Depending on the type of article, the headings and subheadings can be altered. It is essential that the manuscript submitted be grammatically correct in English. We recommend that authors assist in the proper peer-reviewing of their article

  • Cover Letter: Cover letter must include the following information: manuscript title; author's full name; complete affiliations (in sequence); contact information and email address. Disclosure of any potential conflicts of interest. Confirmation that the manuscript's contents have not been previously published or submitted elsewhere.
  • Title Page: The title page must include the Manuscript Title, Authors list, Affiliations, Abstract, and Keywords.
  • Original Manuscript: Introduction, Materials & Methods, Results, Discussions, Conclusions, Tables, Figures, Supplementary Data, References, Conflict of Interest, Acknowledgments, Funding, Author contributions and so on.
  • References Format: We use the Vancouver System for References.
  • Example 1: with more than 6 authors (Author 1, Author 2, Author 3, Author 4, Author 5, Author 6, et al. Article Title. Journal Title. Year;Volume(issue No):Page No’s.

  • Figures will be accepted in JPEG, JPG, PNG and TIFF formats.
